An update to Mitutoyo's original standard height gages, these offer a variety of new features:

• Large LCD Display:
  • The 12mm-high character display is 20% bigger than previous models, making it easier to read the measured values

  • We have made it even easier to set up the "U-WAVE" wireless measurement data communication system, which makes measurement data entry easier and more reliable

  • The 3-button operation makes it consistent with other Mitutoyo devices and provides smoother operation with easier settings changes
  • When used together with the U-WAVE, the new button set-up makes data management operations easy
• Hardware Design with Emphasis on Operability:
  • New designs to the Series 570 Height Gage, including a handle for moving the slider and a large clamp lever, contribute to reliable, accurate and repeatable measurements
  • The slider-feed wheel handle enables smooth vertical movement of the slider
  • The larger, easy-to-grip lever provides more secure clamping

The ABSOLUTE AT1100 assembly-type linear scale leverages Mitutoyo’s electromagnetic induction technology to provide resistance against contaminants such as cutting fluids, oil and water.

The innovative shape and location of the detector track in the aluminum frame provide a highly effective defense against the contamination of the scale and sensor, even in severe environments.

The sensor-to-scale air gap is approximately 0.4mm, about 4x as wide as that of conventional optical or electromagnetic induction systems, thereby providing additional protection against dust or oil contamination.

Introducing a new Digimatic Caliper line with exclusive AOS Sensor Technology. This patented Advanced Onsite Sensor (AOS) offers improved measurement dependability by increasing resistance to harsh workshop conditions. The new electromagnetic inductive sensor repels dirt, oil and water that can cause false readings. The Absolute (ABS) sensor eliminates the necessity of setting the reference when the tool is powered. An ergonomic slider design and increased battery life (3.5 years under normal operations) rounds out the new features of this line.
