In the early 1980’s, Quality Measurement Systems in Rochester, New York, developed one of the first digital readouts for optical comparators, the AutoComp. GOM Inspect Pro is your software for detailed evaluations of 3D data. Use GOM Inspect Pro for simple or complex inspection tasks - from capturing the part to be inspected, mesh processing, CAD import, necessary GD&T calculations to trend analyses, digital assembly or proprietary inspections.
Used together with CALYPSO, the GEAR PRO line enables you to inspect spur gears, bevel gears and worms. GEAR PRO generates a CAD model of the gearing from the geometry definition.

It also oversees the quality of assembled products by using non-contact point cloud digitizers and single-point contact-based probing devices.
QC-PLC is an application that collects data directly from the registers on the Programmable Logic Controllers on your shop floor and sends the data directly to QC-CALC Real-Time.
