Gage making takes place in both their Ohio and Tennessee production facilities. The VanKeuren, GF Gage, Size Control, Mercury and Lone Star brands are still producing fixed and ground limit gaging for both plug & ring thread gages. If you are looking for non-standard or custom, PMC Lone Star will engineer to your requirements and custom build your thread gages.

Standard Metric M, Unified Inch, Helical, ACMI, Buttress, Straight and Tapered Pipe thread gages are usually in-stock and available with a long form certification. Cylindrical plugs, discs and rings are also made to order in our two plants.

Some of our specialty stock product includes API (American Petroleum Institute) Spec Q1, Spec 5B, Spec 7-2, Spec 11B and other specialty connections such as Hughes H-90, American Open Hole (AOH), PAC, Macaroni Tubing (MT), Mayhew, Wilson Flush Joint (WFJ), XTRA Hole (XH), BECO, FEDP, Hughes External Flush (HEF), Improved Buttress, Sharp-VEE Tubing Upset / Non-Upset, DI-22 and DI-42.
