MX100 and MX200
The Mx100 is a familiar, easy to use digital read out from Metlogix. Familiar in that it follows the Metlogix M1 and M2 tablet application in its intuitive feel. Mx100 is the basic X and Y display with Zero and Preset functions. This read out can quickly be adapted and accepted by your current inspectors and users.
If you are looking for a robust full featured digital readout, the Mx200 should be considered. Like the Mx100, it relies on common touchscreen conventions and is easily adapted by most users.
If you need optical edge detection, the Mx200 has it and keeps it simple with the Metlogix exclusive EdgeLogic(tm). Users use smart phone style gestures to control start and end feature measurements. This alleviates the requirement to directly interact with the read out. Conveniently cross the same edge twice to start and end measurements!
Mx200 also supports feature measurements, constructions, tolerancing and programming. Standard feature measurements (points, lines, circles) and popular construction types (angle, distance, point, circle, line, pattern, intersection) allow users to geometrically define the part. Popular geometric tolerance (GD&T) controls as well as basic nominal and tolerance limits can be applied to measured and constructed features to determine results. And all that can be saved (recorded) for repeat measurements (run program).
And the best yet, send your data out in three report formats; CSV, Standard, or Tolerance. Content may include descriptive information like report title, time and date stamps, and all feature measurement result data. Reports can be printed as hard copies to standard Windows compatible printers, or exported as PDF or CSV data files. Export choices include: Paper Printer(USB, Wifi, Bluetooth) Save to file(USB) RS232 Output
The Mx100 and Mx200 are designed to be robust and shop hardened digital readouts. With sealed rubber keypads and durable powder coated enclosures, you can expect trouble free operation in a variety of environments.
