Starting up a company with an idea can be difficult, especially when captial is tight and development is needed. And confirming a new product conforms to design is non-negotiable in the bio-medical industry. So when an existing client sent over a confidential drawing with limited information our A2LA Accredited lab worked with them to measure and report print dimensions.
Features to be evaluated could be seen visually, but not touched. Using one of our OGP Flash video measuring machines each critical dimension was magnified, measured and reported. After a couple manufacturing iterations the parts met function and cosmetic requirements.
We can measure it, even if we can’t touch it.
