How Our A2LA Accredited Dimensional Testing Service Works
You can send over your requirements to us so we can quote your job. Upon acceptance, we assign your work to one of our engineers. First article reports are produced in an easy to read format. Gear measurement and Turbine Blade analysis reports meet international and industry standard formats. Statistical or large lot inspection reports can include detailed graphs, process capability or additional evaluations. Specific reports acceptable for military, medical, automotive, aerospace, appliance or any other industry can be supplied. Prints and reports are correlated for easy review. Data can be transferred on paper or electronically.

Our A2LA accredited labs are environmentally controlled to 68° year round. Projects, customer prints and measurement data are kept confidential. All lab equipment is calibrated on a regular basis and traceable to N.I.S.T. standards. Equipment used for inspection includes the latest measuring technology from Carl Zeiss, Optical Gaging Products, RAM Optical, Starrett, Meyer Gage, Vermont Gage, Mitutoyo, and Accretech. These pieces of equipment allows for superb dimensional inspection service work.
