SERIES 369 Disc Micrometer-Non-Rotating Spindle-Quickmike

The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE digital disc micrometer uses flat discs and non-rotating spindle constructed of hardened steel in our own Japanese facilities to measure lengths of spur and helical gears. The non-rotating spindle reduces torque on parts being measured and prevents workpiece deformation and wear. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements. Readings are displayed on an easy-to-read LCD readout.

• ABSOLUTE (ABS) linear scale eliminates the need for setting the origin point every time the micrometer is powered on
• Elimination of overspeed errors allows higher measurement reliability and repeatability
• Ratchet mechanism provides an audible click to ensure measurement is performed at a constant force
• SPC output function allows for quick and easy data management in real time

• Satin chrome finish on the sleeve and laser etched measurements on thimble for easier reading
