SmartScope® Quests are high-accuracy metrology systems designed to use a variety of sensors for full three-dimensional measurement. Quest offers the best optical performance available. Accurate measurements require images, and Quest TeleStar 10:1 zoom lens deliver just that. TeleStar lenses are completely telecentric and automatically calibrated throughout their range, for distortion-free, high-fidelity images- perfect for high-accuracy metrological applications. MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor metrology software is standard on all SmatScope Quest systems.

Easy to use MeasureMind 3D Multisensor software with full 3D geometric functionality and multi-sensor support. The 3D feature set includes cylinders, cones, spheres and planes, in addition to intersections, relationships, centroid, and advanced search functions. Part model may be displayed in wire frame or solid, and may be interactively zoomed, panned, and rotated. A highly flexible 3D datum environment provides leveling, rotation, and origin definition.
OGP exclusive full field of view edge analysis with tools for arc, circle, line, edge trace, minimum point, maximum point, average point, centroid, and focus. Algorithms are automatically optimized based on the unique characteristics of each edge, improving accuracy and providing unsurpassed performance.
